Having worked in multiple service businesses since the age of 12, Lear is a highly skilled consultant, aggregating experience across various industries. Lear leads all client strategy discussions, and is the primary coordinator of all KODA Set Up and Lead Generation Services.

Michael Luchsinger

Michael has held various executive operations roles and currently serves as President of a highly successful event services business founded with Lear in 2012. He brings this daily service business management experience to the systems that KODA deploys.
